•Set Up•
All churches will first need to check in at the check-in desk to receive information. Churches & Ministries will have assigned tables throughout the fair. We recommend arriving around 8:30a to give you time to set up and enjoy some coffee!
Not sure what to bring? Check out a few of the tables from the 2021 fair on the right. Be sure to bring information on your church or ministry, a way to collect student information, and any volunteer or employment opportunities. Food is allowed.
•Fair•
Over 200 new students and their families will converge on the Dallas Seminary campus this fall semester. Many will be seeking a church to find fellowship and serve. There are also returning students still seeking a place to fulfill internship requirements and graduating students who are looking for part-time and full-time positions. At the DTS Annual Church and Student Group Fair, you will have the opportunity to share information about your church, internship, or jobs with our entering and continuing students!
Please note that we will not have space for chairs in this year’s space. Seating will be available along the side, but please wear comfortable shoes as you will likely be standing and engaging with students during the fair.
All guests are asked to attend chapel in the Chafer Chapel. The speaker for that day will be Mr. Steve Green, owner of Hobby Lobby and Founder of Museum of the Bible.
The church fair ends at 1:00p. After the fair ends, lunch is available for pick up. Please leave your nametags at your table. Please have your table clear by 2:00p so our facilities team can work to clear the space.
