* Church Health, Leadership and Multiplication – In this program you will evaluate problems, programs, and/or procedures unique to church health, church leadership, and church multiplication.
* Multicultural Ministry – In a complex world that needs answers to difficult questions, this cohort is designed for pastoral leaders who minister in a culturally diverse church and community.
* Children’s Ministry – Students in this program will dig deep into forming and leading effective children’s ministries in the church or para church ministry context. Topics addressed include children’s spirituality, instructional practices, protecting children, and trauma informed care.
