DTS gave me confidence in the historicity, truth, and reliability of the Scriptures and the faith handed down to us by the apostles and helped me to grasp tightly to the essentials of the faith while showing grace (toward myself and others) with regard to the non-essentials.
I’ve worked as a certified American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter for the past eleven years. Being fluent in ASL, I’m able to provide direct counseling services without a third party assistant.
The rigor and intensity of the courses I took strengthened me for the challenges of ministry.
I felt the passion they had for Christ and His ministry… They loved me from their hearts.
For the past sixteen years, as an Air Force chaplain, I have had both wonderful opportunities and challenges.
…but my husband, Jim was such an encourager, and he was right when he said, “You’ll never regret completing the course.”
Perhaps most importantly, DTS taught me how to think theologically. I learned that understanding and applying the Scripture is a lifelong process.
